Until the Christmas of my final A-Level year I was on course for grades that would have closed most doors. Nobody had told me anything untrue — I genuinely wasn't on track. What changed wasn't how much Geography I knew. It was how I answered the question in front of me.

I now read Geography at Durham University — ranked 6th in the world for Geography in the QS World University Rankings 2026 — and I'm on track for a First.

One clear invoice a month, paid securely by card. No agency fee, no mark-up, no commission — which is why the rate starts at £35 and not £60.

Agencies charge £45–£70 an hour and keep roughly half. That half pays for their marketing, not your child's lesson.

Pricing

From £35 an hour. No agency taking half.

Agencies charge parents £45–£70 and keep around half of it. You're paying me directly, so the price is lower and the tutor is better paid.
